On May 1, local families, workers, and groups will gather in Sunnyside for a May Day March and Resource Fair to honor workers and share local resources — the event is hosted by We Are ELLA and the United Farm Workers.

The day will include a boycott action at Windmill Farms at 2:00 p.m., a march from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. starting in front of Walmart on E Lincoln Ave and ending at Sunnyview Park, and a resource fair from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. — speakers, music, and food from local vendors are planned.
