- ➤ After 240 gallons of mineral oil leaked into the Columbia River during maintenance at Priest Rapids Dam, Grant PUD and GrayMar Environmental resumed cleanup on Thursday—boaters are advised to avoid the river from the dam to Pasco while agencies investigate the spill. FOX 41

- ➤ Governor Bob Ferguson approved the 160 MW Carriger Solar project with 63 MW battery storage near Goldendale, boosting jobs & clean energy while the Yakama Nation opposes it over cultural concerns. Construction must start by July 4, 2026 to secure federal tax credits. NonStopLocal
- ➤ Yakama Nation officials have asked BPA to restore more than $50M withheld from the 17-year-old Columbia Basin Fish Accord that ended in October.
