About this event
We’re all affected by what’s going on in the cosmos; conscious to it or not. Co-creating intentionally with our cosmic weather is the focus of this yin. Based on breath and movement Haley will intuitively channel a custom class each week. Connecting to astrology through focusing on the body parts/chakras ruled by the relevant sign, using mantras, mudras, and oracle. Learn astrology, heal through the magic of yoga, and most importantly find your own connection to the stars.
