  • Officials say plans to connect Terrace Heights with a new East-West Corridor and to redevelop the Boise Cascade mill site are moving slowly due to environmental cleanup, wood waste removal, and complex reviews by city, county, and federal agencies — they expect progress once studies and removal agreements advance. Private owners are also studying options to reuse large structures for retail, industrial, or agricultural projects.  Yakima Herald-Republic
