EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ A. C. Davis High School is hosting its annual art exhibition that the community can visit today from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Yakima; selected work will later travel to Washington (DC) for a year-long display. KIMA
- ➤ The Wapato School District is finishing its new $33 million Pace High School by late June to replace an old facility. The modern building (serving about 55 students and the Online Academy) will open for the fall school year. Apple Valley News Now

- ➤ The Yakima Training Center Fire Department will open firefighter positions at GS-04 to GS-07 levels through USAJobs and expects to hire about four candidates who will handle structural fires, wildland operations, technical rescue, and medical calls at the military installation (applicants must prepare detailed profiles to meet federal requirements).
