Good morning, Yakima.
🎭 Culture
A towering honeycomb sculpture commissioned solely with private funds is being installed by artist Jen Lewin at Yakima Rotary Marketplace.
The interactive piece is set to be completed by July 14 — adding a civic landmark that honors our agricultural heritage.
Affordable Music Studio of Yakima now offers private music lessons, youth ensembles, and a community orchestra for musicians of all ages.
Run by the Kingsleys, the studio opened recently after their move from Idaho and has quickly reached 85% capacity (and plans to expand its programming further).
